Has anyone been into some SBGs? By my opinion they all are really great guys who really know what they are doing. AND what makes them so much different is that at any point of time they can explain and prove everything they do to anyone that asks.

Never visited, but have seen several of their tapes. Enjoyed their technique and their attitudes.

We had a young woman join our us after training at SBG. She's a great person, has solid technique and is a formidable athlete. If she's typical of SBG students, they are definately doing a lot of things right.
