Has anyone been to Aikikai Hombu dojo?

I'm traveling to Japan may 16-31. I will be in tokyo a few days and would like to attend a class or two at the Aikikai Hombu dojo. Does anyone know the details of exactly how to register as a visitor there? My aikido style is not affiliated with Aikikai -- does anyone know the treatment afforded to dan ranks of different styles?

Any help would be appreciated.
