Seriously though, hello all.

A little about me. Let's see. David Edwards, 19, only been doing Aikido a couple of years. Well, only been knowingly doing Aikido for that long. As Steve Parr says, we've been doing Aikido all our lives without realising it. Done a few other bits and pieces in other martial arts (All the main ones, really) so have a somewhat eclectic personal style. Aikido is certainly my main martial art though; the others just don't compare to it in terms of easy power and grace, IMHO. Ha, I say that like I can do it :p

My Sensei, Allan Rowley, is an excellent teacher whom I'm very fortunate to have. He's a 5th dan shidoin with a little over 35 years experience of Aikido. Most British Aikidoka, especially from the BAF, will know him from the many instructor's courses that he takes around the country.

Well... that's a very brief introduction to myself and my Sensei, but it'll have to do for now.

Where abouts in Britain do you train?

Also what organisation are you with?

Might know you, might not.

Graham.
