Review:
A very interesting book - not particularly on aikido but on all endeavours. It's about the path that leads towards perfection. It helps to avoid hindrances on that path and gives hints about what to do when those hindrances couldn't be avoided. It tells you how to find a good teacher and how to be a good teacher yourself.
Finally Mr. Leonard talks about finding the spirit of mastery in everyday's activities.
A great source of motivation. -- Love the plateau! ;-)

I really like the idea that training during the plateau stage of the learning curve raised the baseline. Mstery is training until it become automatic (3,000 to 30,000 repetitions). Good read. Highly recommend.
