The BCC Aikido Club is hosting a seminar in Late May/ Early June. We are very pleased to be hosting Henry Kono, translator and student of O'Sensai. This is our first seminar and we are very enthusiastic about his visit but the logistics of the event are of extreme importance to us. We have very little margin for error when estimating turnout for this event. My Sensai estimates that the turnout will easily exceed 100 people but myself and my colleagues are not that optimistic. I would appreciate input as to estimating possible turnouts and other logistical problems associate with hosting a seminar.
