I`m looking after letter sensej Koichi Tochei form 15 May 1974 to Hombu Dojo. Please help ;-))

On 15 May 1974, he (Koichi Tohei) sent a form letter in Japanese and English to hundreds of dojo heads in Japan and abroad explaining the reasons for his severance of ties with the Aikikai Hombu Dojo.
