I have a White Oak (North American) Jo. Slightly bent. Any suggestions on how to straighten it will be appreciated .

Thanks in advance

Hi Dan -

I just recieved my Christmas present a little early from my wife last night - a brand new App. Hickory Jo from Kingfisher.

In his care missive he notes that you can stand the Jo up and apply pressure in the opposite direction to correct the bend.

BTW, this Jo is amazing. The cut, the wood, the feel and balance, I wouldn't buy from any other source.

(just my opinion)

Good Luck,

DA

Thanks david,

I've heard of their grear quality. At this point the budget won , but my Jo looks and feels awsome too :)

Does it say how long, how much presure you should apply ? I think it'll need more that just pressing for a short time. Maybe some hours since the curve is a 2-3 mm of the ground.

Anyway,

Thanks
