ROM exercises. Grapplers Toolbox. Knee walking. Breakfalls.
Grapplers Toolbox.
Absolutely! The Grappler's Toolbox is a bargain at three times the price. I cannot recommend it strongly enough.

So what is this Graplers toolbox?
here (http://www.rmax.tv/videos.html) is the entire video catalog.
Check here (http://www.rmax.tv/toolbox.html) for the Grappler's Toolbox
For more information about Scott Sonnon, ROSS and RMAX, consult RMAX.tv (http://www.rmax.tv/) or ask Scott Directly at the Sonnon Q&A (http://mma.tv/TUF/index.cfm?FID=41) (although I beleive he's on holiday at this time)

Paul

So what is this Graplers toolbox?
Biomechanical exercises - ways of moving efficiently in standing, sitting and lying. Furthermore methods of going from / to each with minimal effort. Folks tend to think it looks vaguely like breakdancing at first blush.
FWIW GTB 1.1 (the first tape) is the one I recommend.
BTW Paw, do you have the partner drills tape - any good?
BTW Paw, do you have the partner drills tape - any good?

Have you ever tried the entire AikiTaiso set in one thirty minues stretch like an arobic work out. add some wave push ups on the wrists and serous ukemi warm up and some 30 or 40 atemi strikes and see how you feal.
