Does anyone know why Hombu Dojo Aikikai (aikikai.org) does not work?
Did they change URL?

Yes, but one can't understand aikido by reading the Hombu dojo web page in English! Only the Japanese pages contain the true wisdom, to hide it from the long-noses.
