What does Ganseki Otoshi mean?

It means "boulder drop." It describes a technique where uke is hoisted on to nage's shoulders before being dropped off. It's a bit like a koshinage, but on the shoulders rather than on the hips. I believe judo people would call it a kata-guruma.

Thank's for the answer. I know about the technique, I was wondering did it mean something specific to shoulder throwing.

Nope just a poetic name. The Judo throw "kata guruma" is more descriptive. It means shoulder wheel.
