Greetings All,

Aikido of Northern Virginia is honored to host a seminar with Andre Cognard-sensei, 8th dan, shihan. Aikidoka of all ranks and affiliations are welcome. Weapons may be used. The cost is $20 per class, payable at the door. It is not necessary to register in advance.

Please note that the dojo has moved to the Social Hall of the First Presbyterian Church of Arlington, located at 601 N. Vermont St., Arlington, VA, 22203, a short walk from the Ballston Metro Station. Directions to the dojo are at http://aikido-nova.org/. Participants may park in the church lot.
