A couple of times now I've seen posts like this.
Bruce Baker
Ignored by 27 users

It is perfectly ok to ignore somebody if you don't value their opinion. But to tell everybody else (including the person concerned) that you are ignoring them is not really in the protective spirit of aikido is it ?

How about showing a bit of compassion for uke ?

I don't have Bruce ignored, personally.

I really don't get the grafitti mentality of these posts?

If you wish to bash someone, why study Aikido?

Excuse me for saying so, but I think it is time to report these posts ... or have all of you come train with me for an hour or so to see if your words are indeed true and mine are hollow? I promise not to break any bones, or leave any marks, and strictly use Aikido.

Any takers?

In case you were wondering what my previous post had to do with spirituality ... it is the old lesson of many voices of weak intellect and weaker compassion for peace among humanity, forming a gang of hecklers who attempt to bully by their numbers others.

I have spiritually stepped up to the plate and said "Enough", let it cease, or the harmony will be found in the manner of least violence.

42 is correct.

P.S. Bruce. Please don't get upset. They weren't ganging up on you -- I think you just didn't know what they were talking about. Please continue.

"I'm sorry, I thoght the answer to life, the universe and everything was definitely 42."
Darn, now we have to build an even bigger computer to find out what the question was!

no the question is 'what is six times seven...' that is the answer to what is the question to the answer that you gave us when we asked what is the meaning of life the univers and everything... or something along those lines

The actual question is "what do you get if you mutiply six by nine?"

Which is why it all went horribly wrong anyway - as Arthur says "I always knew there was something fundamentally wrong with the Universe..."

(actually it's ok if you work in base thirteen, but most of us don't have that many fingers)
