Yeah, the same concepts applied to the ground. It's refreshing to see the commonalities in principles of different arts expresses rather than looking for differences:)

IMO, the art is in the principles not the waza. Connection to them, connection to yourself. Connection / disconnection are what is being named with the "Ju" Jutsu and the "Ai" kido imo.
