Corky Quakenbush's AIKI-LAB

EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA - Sept. 5-7 and Sept.12-14

Please join an exploration into takemusu aiki, spontaneously manifesting aikido without reliance on technique, two weekends in September at a location to be announced.

For two weekends in September, Corky Quakenbush will offer training in his revolutionary Aiki-Lab method of practicing aikido without technique or collusive ukemi. The Aiki-lab System is training in transcending lower brain defense responses that prevent the harmonious effortless flow of ki necessary for optimum aikido. Learn to recognize the patterning that keeps you stuck in conflict, on the mat or off, and how to move beyond it.

O Sensei admonished his students to find aiki, not practice set forms. Aiki-Lab is a systematic way of practicing aikido that promotes flow, not force; beneficence, not coercion; soft internal power, not physical strength or leverage.

Aiki-Lab is training in true compassion! Please contact Paul: pnowicki@gmail.com for more information
