Two one-day seminars at Shinjinkai in Chicago are open to all:
1) "Self-Defense: a Seminar for Women", on April 5th, stresses the use of posture, movement, senses and voice to avoid fitting the victim profile. This training is suitable for teens and adult women of any physical condition.
2) Tanjudori Workshop, on May 10: Aikido techniques for firearm disarming, applied in a variety of scenarios and physical positions.
