This will be Dan's third Bodywork seminar in Bristol. Bodywork is a Mind/body training program that Dan has adapted from traditional martial art training, eliminating the need for art specific martial techniques.
During the weekend Dan will present basic theory, solo stationary and movement drills plus slow paired stress training.

Short note on booking places:

If you're a returning attendee, you do not need to go to Dan initially; please check with me that there are still spaces (currently there are) and then we can proceed directly to payment/booking.

If you are a new attendee, please contact Dan and cc me in on the communication; the intention is that previous attendees will be given the opportunity to book places for the first couple weeks since the seminars will be building on prior knowledge.

Spaces for new attendees will be allocated on a first contact/first in basis at the end of September and at Dan's discretion.

Please ensure you copy me in on your requests to register as I have a list of spaces/attendees and it will make organisation much smoother for all involved.
