William Gleason Sensei of Shobu Aikido of Boston

After the huge success of the 2012 event, we wanted to have another event that measured up to that very high standard. This year we have close to two hundred years of combined Aikido experience will be on the roster at this great event. These teachers represent a number of transmission lines within Aikido as well as being innovators themselves. Collectively this group represents some of the most "cutting edge" training available in Aikido today.

Attendance is limited to 50 attendees. It will be held at Two Cranes Aikido (many thanks to Kimberly Richardson Sensei) where we will have plenty of room to train. Get registered soon to assure your place... Last year was full with a waiting list.

Hi All,
Gleason Sensei turned out to be coming in a day earlier than expected for the upcoming Cutting Edge Seminar this weekend. So, we are taking advantage of his presence to do some practice with him on his "Kashima derived" sword (he is not certified in the ryu). This work is really not for total beginners so it is open to those with decent sword basics.

These classes will be at the Aikido Eastside Dojo in Bellevue
Wednesday Night: 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Thursday 10:00 am - Noon and 2:00pm - 4:00 pm

Suggested donation is $25 for Wednesday night and $30 for each Wednesday class. For all three classes, the suggested donation is $80.
Please bring cash or check to the dojo, there is no on-line reg for this. I would, however, like to know who is coming so let me know which classes you can make. People can e-mail me at: aikigeorge(at)aikieast.com
