Chris - do you have more to say about Bruce Frantzis - or rather, about his books and training methods? I have a couple of his books, and find them good reading, and seems to be helpful approach to internal training....but...I hardly qualify as a beginner in this area, and don't have much basis to evaluate. What's your opinion? Does his perspective and instruction align with your experience with IS?

I really don't know much about what Bruce does - I have one of his books, but to be honest, I haven't had the time to really look at it much.
He certainly trained with some interesting people, though. :)
