For those who has an interest in the Aiki Toho of Nishio sensei I have made this video available on youtube:

Of course it's just out there to toot my own horn... ;) It is my 2. dan grading in aiki toho during the easter seminar in april this year. The program is three kata's (of 15) by own choice, ken-tai-ken and ken-tai-jo representation of two of these kata's plus two kata's chosen by the panel of judges.

It has been filmed by a nice Russian Aikido Ka who attended the seminar. His name i Oleg.

Thanks for sharing. I only did Nisho aikido briefly, so I never really got good at the toho, but it looks great to me.

Thanks for the feedback everybody.

William: only trained with Yoshida sensei once in Japan, but I liked it, and he is very popular amongst danish Aikido-ka's whenever he teaches here in Europe.

Arisou sensei will be in Poland by the end of week 42. I am currently doing the lobbying required for me to get permission from my girlfriend to jump into the car and go roughly 700 km to get a healthy dose of nikkyo. She requests that I keep my number of seminars to a minimum.. currently planning to go to four or five within the next half year. One of these outside Denmark.. Aikido is about balance you know :)
