I've seen the site before and thought it was a good joke. It's subtle enough (which isn't very) that people who only skim through a page or two won't get that's it's a joke, but if you read through the whole thing it becomes more and more extreme. I find the "Articulated Feline Tensioner" particularly amusing.

And, yes, I like cats.

There recently was a stink made about a breeder who bred/created a line of cats she called 'Twisty Cat' - they had really short legs like a dachshund... people were outraged because the cats were deformed looking. Persian show cats now have such squashed in faces that they perpetually tear and have problems breathing. If you leave it up to mankind some really messed up things start to show up on this planet.
