Hey Folks,

The focus of next weeks seminar will be internal energy development, Aiki skills as taught by Okamoto Sensei, and application of Aiki in Jujitsu techniques.

Sorry for the late post...

I had a great in Rochester last week. Thank you to Brad Mosiman (Rochester Dojo Cho/ Ginjukai Shodan) and Vic Williams (Rochester Sponsoring Dojo/ Ginjukai Shokyu) for setting up the seminar. We had a really good turnout, we even had some new faces! There was a great energy on the mat that day. Everyone worked really hard and made solid progress.

Sensei Popkin and I are looking forward to seeing some of you on June 10th for our 4 hour seminar, and on August 24-27 for our East Coast Annual Ginjukai seminar. This is going to be an awesome event. All the branch leaders will be present from around the U.S.:D
