I was privileged to study briefly with Heiny sensei very early in my Aikido journey and found myself repeating tenchi nage lessons from ten years ago in yesterday's class. She is a profound teacher with rare insight.

Making plans to be there, if all goes well. I can't wait to see Heiny sensei again and meet some new people. I have heard many good things about Bond St Dojo. :)

Nah I just had a bit of a blond moment. Going to see Heiny sensei next weekend (I hope) but obviously not here. Just got a little too excited when I realized I might really get to go. It's in Maryland not NY. :)

I would have deleted the post but by the time I realized my mistake it was too late.
