This lecture is fabulous. The guy's a great speaker and the application to MA is immediate. He even threw in some sumo wrestlers for us. :)

I read http://www.fasciafitness.de/resources/FF_YearbookSI_2011.pdf, referred to in one of the posts. A very interesting read about how to train the fascia.
