First off, thanks for letting me join. I'm not new to Aikido, but have taken quite a break since obtaining Shodan back in May 2000 in my preferred style of Aikido (Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido). Well, needless to say I 'm about to pick it back up again, in Japan this time. I have almost three years to refresh myself. Thanks again for letting me join and hopefully I can share some of my experiences with some of my fellow KI Aikido practitioners and all Aikido styles.
