Bullshido website under Interpol suspension?

Not that I view Bullshido.net (only heard it mentioned here), but i got a Google tip on Aikido 3D software on their forums. When I went there, I noticed that the whole site has this image on every page and then there is a random message that covers it after a second or two.

What's this about, or should I even care?

Sneaky has negative connotations, I prefer 'Stealth' - however, 'Smart' is always in vogue; albeit, not used much I am affraid :)
