New to Aikido

Hi, Just started learning Aikido and using it to combat some of my illnesses and so far its working fine. Been trying the unbendable arm
with a few ki principles and was amazed when my finger ends began to burn like they were on fire and the arm was unbendable.
I put the burning down to having no lining around my nerve endings due to my illness, but still amazing to feal it actually flowing out my fingers . Take care Gray :circle: :circle:
