We have this term that we use in our association and I can't find it anywhere it sounds like "you-ket-ii" and it's only used on henka of ikkyo that put a lot of pressure on the elbow which are often called "broken ikkyo" where I train.
Anyone else come across this term?

There is a variation called hiji kime or hishigi. The word hishigi indicates that the arm can be broken or severely damaged.
