I found this in a spanish aikido web and they were comparing what Benjamin Zander was saying with aikido, specially in the beginning how I child would progress. But after watching it I think it is also about to stop listening to every single note, doing the whole technik without thinking, without impulse in each note, we just must flow and we will do a great aikido.

Yes, if we listen how the child in the beginning hits the piano, just like when we start with aikido and use only our arms forcing them without any effect on uke, but with the result that afterwards our arms are sore. This is just one example, In the whole video are many..
