"Like an unchecked cancer, hate corrodes the personality and eats away at its vital unity. Hate destroys a man's sense of values and his objectivity. It causes him to describe the beautiful as ugly and the ugly as beautiful, and to confuse the true with the false and the false with the true." MLK. Jr

Amen.

Amen indeed! Hate and it's side-kick Apathy have done much to hold back a good many people. And it spreads so easily: it's easy to hate people filled with hate and discount them like they discount those they hate...to sink to their level and call it good because (childish voice) "he started it."

I think that hate as well as rancor, hatred, envy, jealousies are unnecessary things to carry with. They occupy precious place in our thoughts, so they are to heavy like stones in our mind, we really should replace them for more positive things. I were commenting that with Niall in his post Sword Cut http://www.aikiweb.com/forums/blogs/viewblog.php?entry=4021
