It's a new year so I thought I'd give you something to comment on as it is different to what you are used to seeing. It is not a demonstration video, it is merely a glimpse of my Aikido, complete with failures et al.
I called the first two Aikido Various because we have various people, various abilities, from various walks of life all train together.
The third I called small steps long journey and I think that is self explanitory.
Some may find them interesting, many (if last time was anything to go by) may find them unreal. No doubt you'll have opinions. It's all good.
