hi am settled in cochin which is in kerala state in south india. i have always had an interest in any form of martial arts but could not study or learn for various reasons. have taken up tai chi yang style classes and have just completed the 14 / 85 forms. still learning and have a long way to go. trying to make it a habbit to practise 5 days a week. managed to change my general perception and slow down in life tremendously.

have had a fascination for aikido from watching the stevan segal movies and would like to learn if given an opportunity. can't find any instructor or school in kerala region. with my limited knowledge on both the art forms (tai chi and aikido) the grace, limited force and slow gentle movements are what has attrated me to the styles.
