Hi everybody,

This will be my first experience with this sort of endeavor, but as I will be 64 years in December and am retired I thought it would be a good time. I am renewing my life, changing my diet, cutting out harmful habits, and looking for some mental coordination as well as defensive skills and conditioning exercise.
I will try to stay out of the way at least until I learn my way around.
