Normally takes 15-20 minutes depending on your level of fitness and how hard you push yourself. I love it and just wanted to share. I know not everyone has the time or funds to get the whole series, or has their own workout, but this requires no weights, can be done pretty much anywhere, and when done in this series really gets the job done. Sorry for any confusion: When I stated when done in this series, I didn't mean just P90X. I meant when done in the order described.
