Greetings AikiWeb members,

It is a pleasure to have found this website.

I am new to Aikido and am hoping my membership of AikiWeb will connect me with many fellow practitioners. I feel this would be of great benefit to my practice.

Hope you are all well .

David from Scotland.

Welcome! This is a great site, chock full of information provided by some great people. I am new to Aikido as well (no MA experience) and happened upon this site right at the beginning. I have found it supportive and helpful.

My pleasure, David. Nice to meet another real beginner who seems to be abducted by it as well :) Just feel like starting a Newbie thread here among all 1000+ posts members never mind how much respect they have towards "us". Just a thought though.

And by the way I have lovely memories on a long trip to Scotland 20-some years ago :)

Greetings, Anne
