Hello Everyone!

As the site tradition seems to be to post a brief intro in its own thread, here we go!

I was a poor wrestler in High School. Tried Judo - Tae Kwon Do - Shotokan briefly in college and immediatly afterward but nothing stuck. Everything seemed to be missing something. Until I walked into my first Aikido Dojo!

I have been practicing Aikido here in New Jersey off and on ever since! (1992). I was 24 when I first stepped on an Aikido mat, so career - grad school - children have all had their share in pulling me away from time to time, but the lure of the Dojo has always brought me back!

As far as these forums are concerned, I have trolled them frequently (especially when not actively training) but have never felt the need to post. I was reading a topic yesterday that instilled the desire to respond in me, so I have finally registered - only to see that the last comment in that thread was made over a month ago so I will refrain from re-opening a dead topic.

Anyway, hello again. I'll probably continue to troll, but who knows?:)
