Hello eveyone just joined the website and thought id say hello and introduce myself.
I have just started aikido so i'am still a beginner, but am really enjoying it so far.
I've wanted to do aikido for some time but due to me living in a small valley in northern england no where near any dojos i could never do it. The only martial arts there was, were karate and judo which are okay but just dont do it for me.
As i have got older i joined the army and have ended up moving to newcastle upon tyne where there are quite alot of dojos. Since leaving the army i found i had quite alot of spare time on my hands so decided to take up what i wanted to do for along time, aikido.
Hope i havent bored anyone with my life story.
