Can anyone translate what Inoue sensei is saying here?

Clearly, there's more to it than 'timing', 'waza' and a few other choice words I can decipher. Be curious to hear his description of what's going on.

He's talking about Irimi, timing, and proper execution. Good Vid. :)

Also looks like he's using what I call a 'state change' to generate some juice, in this case it's going from an open state to a closed state. As usual, the ukemi is exaggerated, but it looks like a real effect going on. Nice clip.

Well, I'm sure he is William. However, I was hoping someone could give a more literal translation of what he actually said, being that my Japanese is virtually non-existent

Seriously, all he's saying is that it's a "timing" technique. Don't be too late, don't be too early. And as Chris mentions, he says to make sure the hands turn (the "closed" state) so that your power is focused.
