Just started training a couple of months ago. :D

And now I have a question for the ladies: Do you have a favorite bra to help you avoid back bruises? Even the seam on my once-fav North Face tank w/ shelf bra is giving me bizarre horizontal lines on my back! Weird.

Howdy, everyone!

Welcome! I am rather small uptop, so I don't have too much of an issue. I wear a racerback bra that has the closure in the front. Works great for me because I am landing on soft cotton in the back. :) Just try different things till you find something that works.

Hi, Stephanie, and welcome! I never really had problems with the bra. What really got me for the first few weeks after I started wearing it was the koshiita on my hakama--I had ordered the non-aiki-style, and the stiff backing hurt my lower back for a while after rolls. It doesn't happen anymore, so maybe I've either learned to tie it correctly or started rolling correctly. =)

Welcome!

I've heard Champion makes a good one, but I don't know which one...
