Hello my name is Jorge Martinez.First of all I would like to thank you for giving me the chance to participate in this forum.
I'm a beginner and I would like if don't mind show me the way to perform the mae ukemi. For me I have to recognize it is a little difficult to perform. I don't what I'm doing wrong.
I really would appreciate one advice.

Jorge,
Welcome to the forum and Aikido! This post might get a little more proper attention if it were in the Technique section of the forum. People who go there are typically ready to ask and answer specific technical aikido questions.
That being said, anyone who can properly explain mae ukemi to a person new at aikido through an internet discussion board should get a medal! Jorge, I think this question is pretty complex to be answered here..hopefully you have a qualified instructor who can help you out. But don't worry! Ukemi is one of the tricker things beginners have to get used to. Not many people are required to transition smoothly from a standing, to rolling, to standing position in their daily lives! So be patient if it seems difficult, and be safe! (protect that neck and spine).
Good luck and welcome again!
~Adam
PS,
Jun, is this forum able to support questions like this by having one of the sensei(s) on here post short video clips of, say, mae ukemi and give pointers on specifics in the clips to better answer questions like Jorges'? If this has been asked and answered before, I apologize.

Hi Jorge, and welcome!
I'm a beginner myself. There is nothing better than in-person instruction with someone who can see what you are doing and show you how to improve. That being said, there is a very good video on YouTube by Donovan Waite Sensei, called "Aikido Ukemi - Meeting the Mat", that you might find helpful: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8OaicleoK4M
Work slowly, stay low, and stay relaxed. Did I say work slowly? Yeah... Don't rush.
All the best,
Linda
