Can't access blog entry tools.

I've been trying to access the blog entry tools but when I click on "entry tools" I get directed to the forums list page. What am I doing wrong? Am I missing something? In the past, I simply clicked on "entry tools" and, voila, I was able to find a list of options that allowed me to make an new blog entry.

Can you please clarify where you're finding the "Entry Tools" link(s)? I just want to make sure I'm looking for the same things that you're seeing.
