The title of video is self-defence and it is very misleading.If somebody really believe in it and follow such teaching he will be killed immediately.
I think you never had somebody with knife to attack you - your uke is attacking with knife like housewife in the kitchen. Not even angry housewife LOL

Go to see some good FMA or Dogbrothers, these guys are teaching real knife stuff.
