My name is Karen (Ren). I am new to the forum, and newly interested in pursuing Aikibudo. My interests were piqued by a good friend and member here Michael Hacker. I am a full time Bikram Yoga Instructor. I am also a mother, wife, musician, singer, and writer. I enjoy long walks through the mountains and warm summer evenings ;)
