hello my name is rob higgins,i,ve been involved with Aikido for a little over ten years on and off[more off than on i am ashamed to say i don,t even have a grade] when i,ve practiced its been under the amazing teaching and spiritual guidance of Shihan Terry Ezra of the Komyokan dojo in Birkenhead Merseyside England,i,m now once again about to begin the journey that never ends,I cannot make excuses for my lack of commitment,i,ve been lazy and ignorant,thats about to change.i enjoy all aspects of sensei,s teaching including zazen and kototama,i hope to be able to contribute here meaningfully,as well as on the matt at the komyokan well thats about my lot for now hope to get to know you all and make some new friends here along the way:)
