ok .. woman's perspective on him, waaaaaaayyyy too big. Good for him for being able to shape and sculpt his body like that but I would not want a man that massive. A tonned body is great, and I would actually prefer a slightly overweight guy than a skinny little guy. Just my poinion ... we all like different things and clearly, he does nothing for me. (way off the point ... I know ... but like I said, just sharing).

Given his Cardio is probably for sure and he's easily outrun (bring he argument of the speed of a raido/bullet) but his size along is probably a very big deescalation of force tool - I just wouldn't wanna pay his grocery bill!

Ofcourse he is intimidating ... but only up close ... like you said, I know that a big guy like that can not likely run faster than me so if I were a criminal I would definately take "run like hell" approach. Cause if he caught me, I would definately be up shit creek. That's why I am a law abiding citizen ;)

Don't know about body-builders like Ronnie, but olympic-style weight lifters have better sprint start speed than sprinters. No endurance, but the speed and power required to hoist about 3x their body weight over their heads is the same speed and power to get them off the line in a hurry. Now - if you can stay ahead of them for more than about 50 m, you're probably free.
Body builders - I guess it depends on their supplementary training - if they don't do a lot of running, the first really good sprint they took would probably pull something - the body builder type training is based on relatively slow contraction under relatively large loads - not explosive movement.
