Hi friends,
I call you all friends. I think that everyone on this winding path is my friend. Even the few that I have met that I don't much like. You are all giving me more than I ever expected, so I can't help but thinking of you this way.

Too sentimental, wait, it gets worse!

I train in aikido to become a better person.
I train in aikido to have a better life.
I train in aikido to make the world around me a better place.

Whenever I hear someone ask whether aikido is effective, this is what I tell them. For my purpose, aikido is the most effective thing I have ever done.
