Is the guy trying to lift Tohei in the photo... is it big Steve Seagall?

Some say "hmmm, maybe" others say "no"... I'm sure it is... i think it fits in chronologically and he has long hair and big mutton chops ;)

Definitely Steven Seagal, I think. And what an issue of Black Belt Magazine--- it covers Bruce Lee's passing and an article on Pankration (I feel my heritage bubbling up). Wow.
