Hi I'm new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself.
I started regularly attending aikido classes in June. I found a small Dojo here in Southern Maryland. It is a satellite dojo of the Capital Aikikai / USAF. The main instructors are Sensei(s) Donna and Darrell Grant.
I'm approaching a 5th Kyu test here in Oct 25 and am very excited about it.
I've discovered that regularly training in Aikido has changed my posture and confidence. I really enjoy training sessions.
