My name is Yvonne, I have been training at Aikido of Ramapo Valley in Wyckoff, NJ for almost two years. I am a 4th kyu, going on 3rd sometime this summer.

I am at my dojo almost every day training, and I love it. I most of all love the philosophy, it's definitely a way of life for me.
