The USAF-Western Region (http://www.usafwr.org) and Birankai International (http://www.birankai.org) would like to announce the launch of a new joint publication, Biran. Biran will serve as the Aikido journal of both organizations, led by T.K. Chiba Shihan, and will replace Sansho, the USAF-WR magazine.
