Hi everyone.
This looks like a good mature forum to discuss Aikido and Martial Arts and Marital problems. I really do get sick of seeing people say "yo man, BJJ and MMA will kick everyones butt!"
So congradulations to everyone in this forum for keeping it real.
About me: My name is Alastair. I am in Brisbane, Australia.
I dont have much experience in anything. I did Shuri-te Karate for 3 years and one year of Aikido and one year of Shorinji Kempo (all in Numazu, Japan).
Each style was very good and I focused on the positives each could provide me and left the rest. Looking to comitt myself a bit more and be a bit more serious about things. I have dabbled a bit to see what suits my body type, personality and enjoyment.
